Your family's privacy matters to us. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Who we are
Coach Kaz Gymnastics (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides online gymnastics instruction for children through live Zoom classes and pre-recorded video courses at coachkazgymnastics.com. If you have any questions about this policy, email us at kaz@coachkazgymnastics.com.
Information we collect
From parents and guardians. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and password. When you subscribe to a membership, enroll in a live class, or buy a course, our payment processor collects your payment details — we never store full card numbers on our servers.
About child learners. Accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian. To set up a learner profile we ask only for the child's first name (or a nickname) and a login PIN chosen by the parent. We do not ask children for email addresses, phone numbers, photos, or any other personal information, and children cannot change account, subscription, or payment settings.
Automatically. Like most websites, our server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and troubleshooting. We use a session cookie that keeps you signed in; we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Classroom posts. Messages and comments posted in a class's private classroom are visible to the coach and to the families enrolled in that same class section — never to the public.
How we use information
- To provide classes and courses: showing your enrollments, lesson videos, class schedules, and Zoom links to the right families.
- To process payments, subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations.
- To email you about your account — receipts, enrollment confirmations, schedule changes, and payment problems (for example, if a payment fails and a live-class enrollment is paused).
- To keep the site safe, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Children's privacy
Our classes are for kids, so we take children's privacy seriously and design with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in mind. All accounts, purchases, and personal information come from a parent or guardian. A child's learner profile contains only the minimal information needed to take part (a first name or nickname chosen by the parent). Live classes take place over Zoom; please review Zoom's privacy policy for how Zoom handles meeting data. If you believe a child has provided us personal information directly, contact us at kaz@coachkazgymnastics.com and we will delete it.
Service providers
We share information only with the services needed to run the site: our payment processors (to handle card and PayPal payments), our hosting provider (to run the website), and Zoom (to run live classes — enrolled families receive the class meeting link inside their private classroom). Each provider receives only what it needs to do its job.
How long we keep information
We keep account information while your account is active. Purchase and payment records are kept as required for accounting and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and your children's learner profiles at any time — email kaz@coachkazgymnastics.com and we will remove personal information that we are not legally required to retain.
Your choices and rights
- Access & update: you can view and edit your account details and learner profiles from your parent dashboard.
- Cancel: you can cancel any subscription yourself from your dashboard at any time.
- Delete: you can request deletion of your account and data by emailing us.
- Email: account and billing emails are part of the service; we don't send marketing emails you haven't asked for.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and payment details are handled by our payment processors rather than stored on our servers. No online service can promise perfect security, but we work hard to protect your family's information.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes to this policy we will update this page and the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
